Pregnancy is such a complex time, you can have this, you can’t have this, you need more of this, don’t eat that. These multivitamins make it easy and hassle free, which is exactly what I needed! Easy to take. There are 30 in the packet and recommended one per day so you’d need 3 packs for your first 12 weeks which does make it a little expensive but worth it for ease. Trimester one… sorted!

I got third trimester vitamins after trying the second trimester ones. I did compare the ingredients of both and they are slightly different, mostly in the quantities of each vitamin but also with completely different additional things like turmeric and dandelion in trimester three. Trimester three you have to take 2x tablets daily as opposed to 1x tablet for the second trimester pack. The vitamins come as caplets, which are light and should be easy to swallow, but for some reason I struggle to swallow them. They kit of float at the back of my throat so I often have to make two or three attempts to get them down. They are odourless. Based upon the current price it’s in keeping with others in the market and close to what the leading brands charge. I would like if they had some omega 3 included and will have to source that separately.

Seems like a good mix of vitamins and nutrients in here, definitely similar to the other big brands out there but better value IMO. They taste fine and don't have any strange smell - not that annoyed me anyway! They seem like good quality because I got the whole range. Definitely worth a go to get some extra help!

The second trimester can feel like a delicate balance, but these vitamins aim to make it a bit simpler. Specially formulated for weeks 13–27, they contain a well-thought-out combination of nutrients, including iron to support energy levels, inositol to assist with blood sugar regulation, and lutein for developmental support. My wife mention they were gentle on her stomach, which is particularly helpful for managing nausea while focusing on maintaining good health. The capsules are straightforward to swallow and lack any overpowering flavour, though some might find their size slightly off-putting. That said, the branding could benefit from providing clearer information about the nutritional advantages directly on the packaging. Additionally, some individuals may need an extra iron supplement depending on their personal requirements. As a vegan-friendly option that is straightforward and dependable, these vitamins serve as a reliable addition to a daily prenatal routine.

3rd Trimester Pregnancy Multivitamins This pack contains 60 capsules, providing a one-month supply. The capsules are standard size and easily swallowed with water. They are tasteless. Based on the ingredients, these capsules are formulated with essential nutrients to support maternal and fetal health during the final stage of pregnancy. While I haven't personally observed a significant increase in energy levels, it's challenging to attribute this solely to the supplement, as fatigue is common in the third trimester.

I have mixed feelings about these multi-vitamins, aimed at Mums-to-be. Currently priced at £34.99 for just 30 capsules, they are very expensive in my books, and it would cost over £300 to take these throughout a pregnancy (I assume the pills for the first and third trimesters are priced the same), which is a lot of money in this day and age to get a range of vitamins that should be obtainable from a good diet. That said, some Mums-to-be will suffer with nausea and sickness at this stage of a pregnancy that will stop them wanting various foods, so these would be a useful alternative. Looking at the nutrition list, the contents seem to give the full Recommended daily intake of a wide variety of vitamins, and even double the amount of D3. Under normal, non-pregnant, circumstances, I don't think taking any vitamin supplement is necessary for any healthy person eating a good, balanced, diet, and I know that taking high doses of some vitamins will only result in the excess being excreted, whereas others can actually be harmful. Pregnancy is different - a balanced diet may be impossible for some, as stated, and for those, these could be a good help. I have no idea whether the balance of vitamins in these capsules is better than a much cheaper multi-vitamin aimed at a non-pregnant person, but these are very easy to swallow, and I hope that from reading the back of the packet (see photo), you will be able to judge for yourself. To me, they seem good, but at a cost, and I won't be buying further supplies.

These tablets - 2 a day - are easy to take with a glass of water and have no specific taste. The ingredients are all that I have been advised that are needed in the third trimester so I’m hoping that these will support me and my baby through the last few weeks of pregnancy.

From the ingredients, it seems to have a really good combination of vitamins. I've used them and had no side effects, and I actually feel more energetic and, overall, better. The size of the tablets is good for me; they are easy to swallow, and I have no aftertaste. The only thing which caught my eye is that it doesn't contain any folic acid, which is a bit strange, as I've used many different brands before, and they all (or at least most), contain folic. Other than this, I believe they are worth trying.
