They have no additives and are easy to swallow. No smell and don'ts cause nausea. I've seen the review about vitamin A in these. They are safe as there is vitamin A beta carotene not retinol.

Don't worry about the vitamin A - a lot of these reviews are full of misunderstandings. Beta-carotene is the unprocessed source of vitamin A found in many plants, and is perfectly safe for pregnant women. You aren't going to get vitamin A toxicity from this. Retinol is the processed form that is found in liver. This is what is in most multivitamins and face creams that people avoid during pregnancy, and your body can't control how much of it is released. Those with beta-carotene are fine as the body will only convert what is needed to retinol. The quantity of folate is also not low. 250 micrograms per tablet twice a day is well over the daily 400 dose recommended by the NHS. You are only recommended to take 4,000 if you're at higher risk of neural tube defects. I'm not sure whether there are any side effects to that dose where you don't need it. You should probably only do it if your doctor advises you to. The price is reasonable, and I prefer the twice-daily tablets, as they spread the dosages which might reduce what water soluble ingredients are lost to urine. My girlfriend has struggled with other single-dose tablets making her feel nauseous, especially if she has an empty stomach or hasn't been able to eat very much. These ones are a little smaller, and so far haven't made her feel ill at all.

"Long Story Short" I have to say that this multivitamin tablets are well good I have decided to go for this option despite the fact that i am not pregnant, due to well balanced vitamin and mineral package I have felt tired and weak in last few weeks and figured out that i am lacking some crucial vitamins due to my unbalanced lifestyle and diet. So, I'll start with the problem I had before taking these: During the growth scan, they have noticed that my baby's growth had dropped and the placenta "works" a little worse. I've started to take these vitamins, also tried to eat better and drink more water. After 2 weeks, they couldn't find anything bad. I'm not 100% sure if these actually helped, but I believe that these vitamins played a good role in my results getting better. I had no side effects either while taking them, so I'm happy to recommend.

There is a bad rotten smell to the product. I understand some ingredients are derived from algae so certain smell is expected, but this is well beyond and not safe to digest (especially when pregnant!) Sadly Amazon does not allow a defective product return. I've contacted the manufacturer and haven't received any reply. Be aware - anything wrong with the product - you're in bad luck!

Las tomo desde el primer trimestre y ya estoy en el final del tercero. Las empecé a tomar porque el resto de vitaminas prenatales me hacían daño en el estómago por la forma en la que se presentaba el hierro. Aún así quería tomarlo, en estas como su forma es bisglicinato y así se asimila mejor. También me convenció que tiene colina y eso también es muy importante para el embarazo y no lo tienen todos los multivitaminicos. Además las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar y sin olores. En todos los análisis me han salido muy bien los niveles de todo por lo que a mi me funcionan.

I bought this when I found out I was pregnant. I try to avoid Synthethic folic acid, so I was glad to find one that had Folate at a great price. It does make me sick and it doesn't leave an aftertaste or smell bad which is a huge plus for pregnant women. Highly recommend if you have the MTHFR gene!!

Der Jodanteil ist viel zu hoch. Es sollten bis max 150 sein. Hier sind 290 drin. Dies hat bei mir starken kreisrunden Haarausfall verursacht. Also erst genau schauen, wieviel man individuell von allem benötigt.

Multivitamínico prenatal de la marca Igennus Healthcare Nutrition. Es muy importante que desde que pensamos en buscar embarazo empecemos a tomar ácido fólico, idealmente tres meses antes del embarazo o mínimo un mes antes, 400mcg diarios. Esta vitamina es muy importante ya que el tubo neural del bebé se desarrolla en las primeras semanas (puede que antes de saber incluso que estás embarazada) y se necesita en su formación para prevenir malformaciones. Este multivítaminico incluye folato metilado que es el más activo. Además entre sus componentes encontramos calcio, hierro quelado, magnesio, colina, vitamina D3, yodo… es un multivitamínico muy completo. Las pastillas son veganas, sin lactosa, sin gluten, sin GMO, sin soja, sin levaduras, sin colorantes, sin dióxido de silicio ni estearato de magnesio. Genial para los que tenemos intolerancias. El bote que nos han proporcionado lleva 60 pastillas y debes tomar dos al día, por lo que el bote da para un mes. Espero que mi opinión te resulte útil. Gracias por leerme :)
