Please can you publish the FDA product code and registration number for this product? Using Miracare, Quanovate and MIra as search terms your product doesn't appear to be on FDA databases for medical devices. (510k, DeNovo, CLIA, and OTC databases were searched)

The screen stopped functioning after 3 weeks, sometimes it cannot read the results and reports "sample error" and judging from the amount of emails from the manufacturer reminding you how to make tests correctly (thank you, I can read), it's not an isolated problem. Very low quality for this money.

Wasn’t aware when I’d purchase the Mira that the test strips would be out of date meaning I’d had to spend more money to purchase more. The monitor itself worked perfectly fine

Cannot recommend enough — I was diagnosed with a mild version of PCOS in October and fell pregnant using Mira on our second try, in December! I’m confused by the tech failings in some of these posts as the device worked perfectly for me (bar one invalid test stick) and I found it really simple to use. The price for the sticks are pretty extortionate if you have PCOS or new to tracking your cycle and have to test almost every day — that’s my one critique but honestly the price is worth it for a positive pregnancy test on your second go when you didn’t even know if you could fall pregnant or how long it would take!

I bought Mira because I want to understand my body and my ferile window not just the ovulation day as I intent to avoid pregnancy for couple of years. Mira technology is very advanced and straight forward .The app tells you when to test and you have a sort of log book where to add some more details like temperature, mood ,secrections and so on. I use 10 wands per month more or less so it works out as much as the clear blue which are not totally reliable.

The analyser stopped working after 10 uses. It otherwise was working well and showing the LH results. But I dont know why it stopped.

I have only had this monitor for a week and already the display is malfunctioning and I can’t see my results. Very disappointed, especially since I spent £200 on it and it didn’t work for more than 7 days.

I've been using my Mira Analyzer 9 cycles now and love it! I'm 31 years old, 5'2 and 132 lbs Below I'll list my pros and cons but I also want to mention that review comes from a history of over 10 years using different fertility monitors including clearblue FM, ovacue, regular opks (clearblue and first response), digital opks, daysy fertility monitor, ladycomp FM, Ava bracelet and probably some others I am forgetting. I have also used countless fertility/period apps including clue, kindara, Ava, daysy, flo, fertility friend, ovia and countless others. Pros: Mira is the only monitor to ever give me an exact LH number! It is precise and accurate. It is extremely easy to use. Just dip the stick in urine for 10 seconds, replace the top and stick in your analyzer and get back to whatever you were doing! Ease of syncing! I have never had a fertility device that synced so effotlessly! As soon as I open my app and my monitor is on I hear a chirp and all my daily testing info is automatically updated. I have never had a single syncing issue. In comparison with daysy this is a big deal because as much as I liked my daysy, it was notorious for not syncing my data to the app and sometimes erasing my data from the device itself. Battery life: For me personally, battery life is extremely important. For me a person that tests every day I have to make sure that my device is fully charged and ready to go when I need it. When I used my Ava device the battery life didn't last as long as I would like and because of that I would have to plug it in and often forget to put it back on at night time. The battery life on my mira analyzer always last me at least two cycles before each charge. Now to the most important pro of all in my opinion, Mira's ability to learn your cycle more accurately than any other fertility monitor I have ever used and also helped me discover problems in my cycle that many OBGYNs missed despite blood work. out of all the fertility applications and monitors that I have ever used, I have never found a period tracking app or device to accurately predict my cycle despite it being within the traditional 28-36 day window. However my mira analyzer has somehow been able to predict my cycle to the day since the first cycle I used it. For some background information about me, I started my menstrual cycle late at the age of 16. And even when it started it would constantly skip months sometimes as many as 4 to 6. This happened to me up until my early twenties in which my cycle became somewhat regular after the birth of my first child. However I still continued to have problems with occasional spotting and sometimes cycles as long as 72 days. I went to countless OB/GYNs about this problem who all said that because I was not overweight and my blood test were within normalish ranges then I did not suffer from PCOS and they did not know what was wrong. My husband and I were eventually diagnosed with unexplained infertility as well. It was during this time that I wanted to learn more about my cycles and begin to buy any fertility monitor that I could get my hands on. It wasn't till I got my mira analyzer that I discovered my body would have lh surges over and over again but never actually ovulate and release an egg. Every monitor that I used never picked up this problem because they either stopped asking for information after the first lh surge or based my ovulation day solely off of the length of my cycle! Because of this information I was able to take the information from my Mira and my RE was able to diagnosis me with PCOS and annovulation. My husband and I suffered with infertily for so many years and even though we are still trying, my Mira finally gave me answers to questions I've had since my teens and I could not be more grateful for this company! Time of day: no more holding morning pees! I love that I can test anytime of day or night and know my LH concentrations right then! Innovation: I believe the sky is the limit for Mira. They are constantly working on finding new healthcare test to integrate intimacy their wands. Within the next couple months they will be releasing a want that also measures estrogen and you never have to buy a new analyzer! Honestly, I believe within due time I wouldn't be surprised if they could make a wand for HCG pregnancy hormones and put all these other companies out of business. That would be a game changer for test addicts like myself. Now to my list of cons: Recurring cost: While I will admit most other monitors that I have had are a one time cost, Mira wands do have to be repurchased monthly. If you are looking for something only for one or two cycles, I would not say this is the device for you, however if your someone that wants to learn more about their cycle, track ovulation over the course of multiple cycles or want to use it for knowledge of your overall fertility health, there is not a better fertility monitor on the market for you than Mira. Mira wands are not comparable to clearblue wands and contain an actual computer chip in it. The quality and technology is well worth the money! My only other "complaint" about my Mira is that occasionally I will have a wand or two in my batch that doesn't work. And that can be disappointing when it is your last wand left. I have found that as long as I save my urine until after I see that my test was successful, it reduces my frustration because I can still test that batch. I hope this review helps others who are like me or on the edge of whether or not to buy it versus something else.

I have been using MIRA for almost two years now. The device is pretty easy to use and requires only connection with your phone to use. I typically tested every day from the start of my period to a few days after ovulation was detected. I tested twice a day closer to ovulation days. So on average that is about 20-25 tests per month. Which is $60-$70 per month depending on discounts. Over the last two years at least twice a month the stick doesn't read or the readings will not sync with the app. So add an additional $5-$15 to the monthly cost to make up for about 2-4 extra sticks. Generally the sticks work but when it doesn't, it is SOOO irritating to have to test again after waiting 16 minutes for a result. And when it doesn't sync with the app that is even more frustrating because the results are there but won't record. They tell you to use a pin to reset the device when you contact customer service but most times that erases the results and you end up having to test again. Keeping pee lying around the bathroom counter is not a good look. Again not a frequent occurrence but happens enough to be irritating. I believe the device is accurate after checking against results from lab results from the doctor. When I started using MIRA it was only LH then they made the LH plus Estrogen sticks. That was nice to be able to compare the two. Still had the same issues with stick not reading and device not syncing. Now they have the progesterone sticks. I was super excited so I pre-ordered. I got the sticks and tried to test. I tried to test four times and nothing. No readings at all. I contacted customer service and after back and forth was told that my device was too old and I would need to purchase a new one. I wish that was made clear prior to ordering the progesterone sticks. I have asked for a refund on the progesterone sticks that are now useless for me. Although it has brought me understanding, it has not brought me success. I don't want to spend another $200 for a new device, it's not worth the cost this time around. For this reason I think I am done with MIRA. I did tell a friend to purchase but she's had nothing but issues with the sticks reading and the accuracy has been off when compared with lab results. So not sure I would recommend again. The app could use some tweaking for usability. The Today tab allows you to see info for today but only the last result. So if you tested twice you only see the last one. To see the additional tests you have to click on the results. The Calendar view gives you a visual of the full month but you can't see the actual data without clicking through each selection. The Curve shows you charting of tests but hard to navigate back and forth when in landscape view. Sometimes the app freezes when viewing the curve.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical but decided on purchasing this tracker when the hubby and I decided to go for baby #2. I was a lot younger when I had our first child and it took us 3 months without any trackers back then. Fast forward 6 years later and we got pregnant right away with the Mira tracker (FIRST TIME). What’s interesting is a women usually ovulates 10-14 days (or something like that) after her period but I had just recently gotten off birth control and I think things were a bit out of wack with my cycle. I just happened to pee on a Mira wand and do a test 4 days after my period and what do you know my LH levels came back at 44.73 (considered high) so it was time to get busy :)). I got a faint positive on a pregnancy test exactly 4 weeks after my last period. Saw tons of negative pregnancy tests up until I hit the 4 week mark so don’t get discouraged. Another interesting thing I should point out is on the same morning (around 11am) that I saw the high LH level using the Mira tracker, that same evening I tested again (Mira recommends you to do so) and it came back with a 2.17 LH level which is pretty low. So I was pretty confused and discouraged at that point. I thought maybe seeing the spike in the AM was just a fluke. But I think it was spot on. I read somewhere online that your levels can spike in the AM and decrease just a few hours later. I think I read it’s best to test in the AM or early afternoon around 9am to 12pm or you might miss your spike. At least that’s what worked best for me. I’m sure everyone’s different. I guess the only downside is I feel really lucky that I had happened to take a LH test the morning that I spiked. The wands are pretty pricey so testing everyday isn’t practical - and it’s so easy to miss your LH spike if you happen to not test on the right day and at the right time. Mira - my only recommendation is making the wands more affordable so women can have an opportunity to test everyday after their last period. Missing a spike is so easy to do so the more wands we have, the better! Hope this helps. Grateful for this devise! Can’t wait to meet our lil bundle of joy! Thank you Mira!! You saved me from tons of disappointing months of trying with no luck! Highly recommend!

Pros: FDA approved quantitative measures of LH. Appeals to data driven people like me. Cons: 1) The product is not dynamic enough to recognize a LH peak within the cycle. Given the quantitative measurements it should have some capacity or algorithm to calculate the slope of change to recommend an evening test. Pretty sure I missed my peak this month because of its assumption of my ovulation day mid cycle and some random LH threshold. I didn’t even make it past their set threshold for LH at 20. However, testing in the morning can lead to a lag in appearance of LH in the urine. The algorithm should have prompted me to test again that evening. I have definitely had enough LH to lead to a positive on the qualitative strips, which have a variable + threshold but are generally in the range of 25-30. 2) It fails to adjust “ovulation” prediction for the peak within the same cycle. There’s variability but most women will ovulate between 12-24 hours from peak. Which means it should move the little dot close to when it detects a peak. Mine didn’t change its preset algorithm. I have regular menstrual periods. I got this hoping the data would be easier to read but I am not convinced of all its features. I made an interpretation of the data that was quite different than what the preprogrammed information in the device/app were. It’s good because it’s easier to read than the line strips but it still needs more science and engineering work on the data interpretation for those who haven’t done lab based science for their careers.

*Updated 4/17* I just wanted to update my rating. I had given a 1. Changed to a 3 for now and as long as I actually receive what I was promised I will update it again :) After they had told me that they would not refund because everything worked the way it was supposed to- they sent me a long email apologizing and offered to send me the new analyzer when it is released. I am looking forward to that and appreciate the offer. When this device works- it is AWESOME. I love the idea that it gives you the actual level- instead of trying to compare lines on strips! I am also really excited that the new wands will measure estrogen as well. A little background: I had purchased this analyzer and 30 wands. I had issues with nearly half of those wands giving me sample errors, or false readings (the false readings were caught and deleted by support with my permission) Initially they said that I was probably doing it wrong- but I knew I wasn't. They did send me 10 replacement wands to replace part of what I lost. They advised me that the wands they sent would work better because they were from a different batch, or lot or something like that. I did not have as many issues with those wands. I think there was only maybe 1 false reading on those. I did not want to purchase more though because of my experience and the cost. I just did not feel good about the purchase at all. They had originally offered me a full refund due to all the issues I had- but when I reached out most recently they told me that they would not refund it, and that my tests were all fine and everything has worked the way it is supposed to. I am wondering if they maybe just looked at my current chart instead of my history of support chats and app issues. (This has since been resolved)
