I’ve been taking these for several weeks now and although I can’t say I feel dramatically different, I have found I’m not getting as many digestive problems or feel as lack lustre as I had previously felt. I am not pregnant but because of my diet, I lack essential vitamins and also suffer digestive problems so as these tabs included bio cultures, I thought I’d give them a go. They are easier to swallow than most vitamins I’ve tried which is a big plus for me. Bio kult is a good brand and one I’ve used before so I’m confident in their quality. Personally, I think it takes months to see/feel a big difference when taking supplements, so I will continue with these as I’ve certainly felt subtle positive differences so far.

Im so use to using pregnancy care that I had to do a lot of research on this one also the light bacteria scared me a bit but after researching and asking my midwife I realise that it is a good thing so I started taking them a whole three months later after having them in my house. 😂😂😂 Can’t say I feel any different maybe a bit more energetic but apart from that nothing really has changed. it’s got a little bit of a funny taste in my mouth on the days that I take this I’ve noticed that so I don’t take them every day because the funny taste doesn’t work for me but the days that I don’t take them I do feel very tired and worn out. I do try my best to take them and just keep a mint in my mouth.

These are good pregnancy supplements which are very easy to take. They contain great ingredients such as folic acid, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C. They also contain 6 strains of live bacteria. They are also gluten free but do contain soya and milk so something to keep in mind should you be dairy intolerant. You are supposed to take 2 capsules daily with food so this pack of 60 will last you a month.
