So, I was hoping to make my life a bit easier with some tasty gummies to start my day while I deal with morning sickness. Popped one of these new gummies and omg, there’s an overwhelming taste of fish mixed with fruit flavours that do nothing to conceal it. I’ve never had vitamins where you can taste the fish so strongly. First ingredient: TUNA FISH OIL Sick and sensitive mothers beware, these are vile.

These gummies are VERY sweet, a bit much for my taste but they don't taste like fish oil to me at all as some other reviews suggest, they do smell like it though with a hint of berries. When I look at the ingredients there is a large amount of vitamins and minerals which are very beneficial for multiple skin issues such as Zinc Citrate (the only type that has helped with my skin issues), Panthotenic acid and Vitamin E so even if you are not pregnant but deal with acne you may want to try these out. There is also the recommended daily amount of 400mcg Folic acid, from what I've read this should be supplemented before trying to conceive (supports female fertility) as well as up to week 12 of pregnancy as it can help prevent birth defects and has a multitude of other benefits for hopeful and new moms. Vitamin D3 can help with bone health for the mom and foetus but calcium and K2 should be supplemented on the side to get the full benefits, I feel like these should have been included as all 3 of those work in perfect synchronicity. Other than a couple important ingredients missing this is a very great supplement pre and during pregnancy.

I just couldn't stomach these due to the fishy smell and taste which would be horrible at the best of times, but I couldnt cope with that taste alongside first trimester nausea. I had to buy different ones without fish oil as I just couldn't take them some days due to the smell and taste.

These are delicious raspberry and blueberry flavoured prenatal gummies containing a source of EPA & DHA, 400mcg of folic acid as well as vitamins & minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B3, Choline, Vitamin D3 & Vitamin B12! Studies show that taking Omega-3 before/during/after pregnancy could promote baby's brain health during pregnancy and early life via breastfeeding. These are not vegan, as the Omega-3 is derived from tuna fish oil. Despite this, there is no strong fishy aftertaste. There are 120 gummies per bottle, which is two month's supply at 2 gummies per dose. They may be a bit pricey but what price a healthy baby? They are packed full of natural ingredients and are delicious!

These are super easy to take, I don’t like massive tablets which you’ll usually find with prenatals so these are perfect! They’re not too chewy, basically just like a sweet. I wasn’t massive on the taste but it’s easy enough to drink some juice afterwards. Lovely little heart shapes, good quality however you’ll need to source iron elsewhere as these don’t contain it. Overall really happy with the price, about the usual for gummies and for the amount you receive. Much easier!

se me dificulta tragarme las pastillas y me he puesto a investigar cada gomita sus compuestos para no quedarme corta con el aporte que necesitaba, comparandolo con las capsulas que me habian recetado y esta era la mas parecida. efectivamente he terminado mi embarazo y las analiticas siempre perfectas. eso si, he adicionado gomitas de hierro aparte.

les bonbons sont vraiment sympas et pratiques quand on veut éviter d'avaler des grosses gélules. Une étoile de moins cependant car effectivement il y a un fort goût d'huile de poisson au début et c'est vraiment désagréable - mais contournable en se bouchant le nez au début :)

The taste is awful. Hopefully it becomes less so after a while. I guess it’s better than those gigantic capsules that get stuck in your throat, but be aware it has a strong fish-oil taste and no hint of the raspberries.

Nehme sie bereits seit 4 Monaten, ich hatte davor Probleme Tabletten zu schlucken und deshalb wollte ich die Gummibärchen probieren der Geschmack ist anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen dem Fischöl man gewöhnt sich aber mit der Zeit daran habe eine Veränderung bemerkt da ich mit starker Müdigkeit zu kämpfen hatte dies ging dann recht schnell nach einer Woche weg war hier bereits im 4. Monat und hab davor nur Folio genommen
